Stipends of $2,000 per year for a master's degree and/or national board certification. Previous teaching experience is recognized on salary matrix.
Cafeteria Benefit Plan
The school district provides over $591 per month tax-free to use for selection of the following: Health Insurance (two different plans to choose from), Life Insurance, Long-term Disability Insurance, Tax Sheltered Annuities (403 B's), and Section 125 savings plan for (Child or Dependant care and Medical reimbursements) any remaining cafeteria benefit dollars may be taken as cash. Mentoring Program for New Educators

Fifteen Days of Leave Per Year
Five days can be used for personal leave, the balance is available for sick leave. The remaining leave can be converted to cash at the end of the year, or have all remaining leave accumulate in a personal sick leave reserve which allows unlimited accumulation with payout at retirement.
